We are based around 35 miles away in Preston, beside the M6, so our own surveyors and roofing teams reach most sites in under an hour.

Yes. We survey commercial and industrial roofs free of charge and give you a clear recommendation: repair, refurbish or replace, with costs.
Can you replace a roof while we keep trading?
In most cases, yes. We phase the work, protect the areas below and agree working hours with you, as we did on both of our Booker warehouse projects.
Our roof is asbestos cement. What are the options?
Either over-clad it, sealing the existing sheets beneath a new insulated roof, or remove it safely and replace it. We survey the roof and explain which suits its condition and your budget.
Can you fit solar at the same time as the new roof?
