Hotel Football, Manchester
A full interior fit-out of a landmark hospitality venue overlooking Old Trafford: 133 bedrooms, bars, a restaurant and a rooftop pitch.
The challenge
Conceived by the ‘Class of ’92’, Hotel Football needed interiors worthy of its globally recognised backers and hallowed location. The scope spanned a rooftop five-a-side pitch, multiple bars, a restaurant, event spaces and 133 bedrooms, each with its own technical demands, all delivered to a fixed opening date with parts of the venue remaining live.
Our approach
We worked hand-in-hand with the client, architects and designers from the outset to de-risk the programme. Our site team coordinated every trade, from the rooftop pitch’s specialist flooring and MEP services to high-spec joinery, sourced premium, durable materials, and phased the works with transparent daily communication so the venue could keep operating safely around us.
The result
A spectacular, hard-wearing venue delivered on time and on budget, blending modern design with football heritage, now a must-visit Manchester destination.
