Office Asbestos Re-Roof

Removing an asbestos roof from a tenanted office and fitting a new twin-skin insulated roof while the building stayed in use.

Office building with its new twin-skin insulated metal roof in evening sun

The problem

A small tenanted office had an ageing asbestos roof that was letting in water and was beyond economic repair. The owner also wanted a warmer building and every asbestos-containing material off the site.

The solution

With the building still in use, we stripped and safely disposed of the asbestos roof and installed a new insulated twin-skin roof.

The result

An asbestos-free, watertight and better-insulated office, delivered without moving the tenants out.
