We operate as a civil engineering subcontractor on larger schemes where a principal contractor is already appointed, and we take on principal contractor roles on standalone civil and infrastructure packages. The right arrangement depends on the project structure. We are happy to discuss either route from first enquiry.

We regularly work with developers and project managers at pre-acquisition and pre-planning stage, providing early-stage engineering assessments, feasibility input, and advice on costs. Involving our team before planning is fixed means ground conditions, drainage constraints, and highway requirements can be factored into the scheme design early, rather than becoming costly later.
