Six Industrial Units
A new insulated felt roof and rooflights across six industrial units, ending the leaks and cutting heating bills.
The problem
Tenants across six industrial units, around 4,000 m² of roof in all, were living with leaks, dull degraded rooflights and high heating bills.
The solution
A thermal scan showed most of the roof was wet and had to come off, apart from one unit that was fit to overlay. Core samples confirmed it and showed the insulation was doing very little. We installed a high-performance felt system over new PIR insulation, with new rooflights.
The result
Dry, warmer units with better daylight, covered by a 25-year single-point warranty.
