Hotel Football stands as a landmark destination, overlooking the iconic Old Trafford stadium. Conceived by the “Class of ’92,” the venue needed an interior that matched the energy, passion, and prestige of its brand and location. The Challenge

The project presented a unique set of challenges that required a specialist fit-out partner:

Brand Prestige: The interior had to live up to the globally recognised names behind the project and its hallowed location.
Complex Scope: The fit-out encompassed diverse areas including a rooftop 5-a-side pitch, multiple bars, a restaurant, event spaces, and 133 bedrooms, each with its own technical requirements.
Operational Functionality: The space needed to be aesthetically stunning while being highly durable and operationally efficient for a high-footfall hospitality environment.
Phased Programme: Minimising disruption during the fit-out was critical, as parts of the venue remained operational.
Uncompromising Timeline: The project had a fixed opening date, aligned with the football season, leaving no room for delays.

Quality & Craftsmanship: We sourced and installed premium materials that could withstand the test of time and heavy use. From the bespoke bar frontages to the custom-built bedroom furniture, every element was finished to the highest standard, reflecting the quality of the Hotel Football brand.
Phased Delivery & Communication: We implemented a clear phasing plan and maintained transparent, daily communication with the Hotel Football team. This ensured the safety of patrons and staff and allowed other works to continue around our activities without interruption.
